Another 1.6 pounds lost! At this rate, I'll be at my goal weight by the time Emily and I go to see Mara in California (more on that later).
I've gotten better about eating at night. I used to come home from work around eleven at night, eat something not very healthy, then go right to bed. Now, if I eat at all, it's a granola bar or this healthy cereal we bought at Costco. Much better for me.
Can't wait to see my results for next week!
