Not too bad! Especially since I haven't been exercising at all. Emily and I are going to start working out before I have to go to work every day. I've been cutting back on how much I eat at work too. The casino provides a free meal to anyone working more than five hours, and it's all-you-can-eat. Before this I would stuff myself silly so that I wouldn't come home from work and order a pizza or go to Zips, neither of which we can really afford. Now, if I'm hungry when I get back, I'll have a couple of crackers or another healthy snack. Seems to have paid off.

ReplyDeleteI am not doing great this week. I'm down 1.5 lbs from my starting weight at least, but I really need to be better.
I had a gigantic bowl of cereal for breakfast and a double egg and cheese sandwich on a burger bun for lunch. I don't dare even count the calories.
Tomorrow I will be better!
